Business Catalysts Strategy Consulting was founded on a simple frustration: too much consulting ends at the recommendation, and too much development ends at the handover. Neither builds a business. We deliberately do both. We help you decide, then we build it with you, and we stay accountable for whether it works in production.

Our team has led large-scale fintech transformations across the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India, launching payment infrastructure, rebuilding legacy estates into modern microservice platforms, and putting automated trading technology into the hands of people who were previously locked out of it. That experience shapes how we work: pragmatically, transparently, and with a bias towards working software over documentation about software.
